Money-Back Policy

This policy covers prepaid advisory packages listed on this site with fixed THB pricing. Custom enterprise statements of work follow their own contracts.

You may request a refund within 14 days of payment if no kickoff workshop has occurred and no bespoke materials have been delivered.

Full refunds apply when we cancel a scheduled engagement or fail to begin work within the agreed start window without a replacement date acceptable to you.

If part of a package was delivered (e.g., first workshop completed), we refund the unused portion calculated from the published module list.

Third-party expenses already incurred (travel booked, rush printing), or completed deliverables explicitly marked non-refundable in your order summary, are excluded.

Email refunds@streamwiseflownet.digital with your company name, invoice number, and reason. We confirm within 5 business days and process approved refunds within 14 business days.

Refunds return to the original payment method where possible. You may cancel future sessions per your statement of work. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights under Thai law.
